If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed by transitions, or simply craving more purpose and direction in your life, coaching can offer a supportive, action-oriented space to create meaningful change. Life coaching is ideal for those who are ready to move beyond "why" things happened and start focusing on "what now"—with a trusted guide walking alongside you as you build the life you truly want.
New clinician starting! We are pleased to welcome Kersten Theberge to Thrive. Kersten is an adolescent specialist. Knowing that weeknights can be busy for teens, she has opened her schedule on Saturdays for in person (or virtual) appointments.
